Villa Eco is a new modern house built in 2016, equipped in accordance with the latest technology with maximum comfort for our guests. First floor consists of:
Three bedrooms for 5 persons accommodation, two bathrooms, one of them is equipped with light therapy and the other is equipped with a massage shower. Wide Suite bedroom (bed 200 cm x 200 cm) has an individual bathroom, shower room and dressing room. All bedrooms are furnished with elegant furniture made of natural teak and decorated with classic interior details, light, large windows with exit to the garden. Bedroom Suite has a bed with the size: 135 cm x 190 cm. Bedroom has two separate beds with the size: 100 cm x 190 cm.
The first floor includes a wide living room / salon with exit to the balcony and to the swimming pool. Salon is furnished with leather furniture and large panoramic latest Samsung TV model with satellite channels in Spanish, German, Russian, French, English, Dutch and Chinese.
The kitchen is equipped with all necessary modern Smeg brand equipment: refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, vitro stove, washing machine, toaster, teapot, equipped with Villeroy & Boch brand dishes.
Second floor consists of:
Two wide, light Suite bedrooms with large beds sized 200 cm x 200 cm and entrance to a wide terrace with the swimming pool and green view, designed for the 4 persons accommodation.
"Golden" Suite has a separate wide round bathtub with chromo therapy and individual bathroom.
"Azure" suite with a wide bathroom and massage shower.
Bathrooms are decorated with marble and onyx details, with the LEDs and ceilings imitate starry sky.
The bedrooms are decorated with elegant details of the interior, furnished with natural teak furniture and decorated with Swarovsky bras.
Bed linen, towels, bathrobes are provided.
There are safe and Internet in the house.
Solarium Terrace
There are solarium with lighting and a dining area with a BBQ Broil King to have a rest and breakfast with dinner at any weather and season of year.
Outside facilities
Outdoor heated swimming pool with Jacuzzi and LEDs, the green rest area with a soft lawn, deck chairs and shower.
